- In this personal account of the Investor, all the conditions prescribed earlier in the investment agreement will be duplicated and visualized: investment amount, terms of investment return, investment return period. Including a scanned copy of the investment agreement and all its annexes.
- The functionality of the Investor's personal account may include (depending on the type of investment you have chosen):
- Access a 24/7 webcam so you can watch construction progress in real time.
- Monthly photo report on what is happening at the construction site.
- Regular updating of price lists with a visual demonstration of the dynamics of sales (without disclosing the personal data of buyers), and the conditions under which certain objects were sold (discount, installment plan, individual payment schedule, etc.). d.). - Publication of all permits for the object.
